Because I don't actually know how much capability and energy I will have for this effort as the fight goes on, I'm suspending my obsession for complete sentences, punctuation, and general good writing practice here.

Consider this the steam-of-consciousness thoughts of a cancer patient and not a formal document. I will attempt humor from time to time, so don't take it all too seriously.
